Saltburn star reveals shock connection nude scene has to Elvis biopic

Barry Keoghan has revealed the surprising connection his dance scene in Saltburn has with Baz Luhrmann's biopic Elvis.

The 31-year-old actor, who played infatuated murderer Oliver Quick in the psychological thriller, explained how his character's final full-frontal dance scene was choreographed by the same choreographer in Elvis.

Speaking to GQ about the scene, Barry said: 'That was choreographed by Polly Bennett. She's brilliant.'

'I got to hit some steps and I think it was gorgeous to look at a figure like that roaming, you know, in that manner, dripping in money and paintings from the 1700s,' he added.

'It's nice, man. It's nice not just being looked at as the weird-looking guy, the unique f*****g freaky little freak man-child, freak child-man, whatever you want to call it,' he told GQ.

He continued: 'My prettiness didn't get me this far,' but admitted he realises being someone audiences want to look at 'opens up other lanes for me - it's part of the leading man thing'.
